Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the service total and secure your appointment time.
Deposits are non-refundable and subject to the cancellation policy below. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of these policies.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit
- No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings
- Same-day cancellations are considered late cancellations
True emergencies may be considered at the provider’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or require rescheduling. If rescheduling is necessary, the deposit will be forfeited.
Services & Results
All services provided are cosmetic, non-medical esthetic services. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
By booking, clients confirm they have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and recent cosmetic procedures. Failure to disclose contraindications releases the provider from liability.
Retail Products
All retail product sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted once products leave the treatment room.
Refunds
All services, deposits, packages, and retail products are final sale. No refunds are provided for completed services or dissatisfaction with results.
Right to Refuse Service
For safety, ethical, or professional reasons, the provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By booking or purchasing, clients authorize all charges in accordance with these policies. Chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered, deposits forfeited, or products received are considered a violation of this agreement.
Documentation including booking records, policy acceptance, and consent forms will be submitted to the financial institution in the event of a dispute.
Policy Acceptance
By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.

Agreement to terms
Use of this website, booking services, or purchasing products constitutes agreement to these Terms of Service and all posted policies.
Arizona esthetics scope
Services are provided in accordance with Arizona State Board of Cosmetology regulations and are limited to the legal scope of practice for licensed estheticians. Services are cosmetic in nature and not medical treatments.
assumption of risk
Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with cosmetic esthetic services, including temporary redness, sensitivity, irritation, or post-treatment reactions.
payment authorization
Clients authorize the business to charge the payment method on file for deposits, completed services, late cancellations, no-shows, and approved product purchases in accordance with posted policies.
chargeback protection
Clients agree not to dispute or initiate chargebacks for authorized charges. In the event of a chargeback, the business reserves the right to submit booking confirmations, policy acceptance records, signed consent forms, and service documentation.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of future services.
intellectual property
All website content, branding, text, and images are the intellectual property of the business and may not be used without written permission.
limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, the business and provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services, website use, or product purchases.
governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
